Our Leadership and Experience

Jaymes Holden, founder of 360 Protection Group, brings over 30 years of law enforcement experience to every aspect of our operations. His background includes assignments as SWAT Commander, Criminal Investigator, and Captain, in addition to his work with the U.S. Department of State on high-threat protection contracts in the Middle East, and executive protection for high-net-worth clients in New York, and California .

Jaymes holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from UNC Charlotte and a master’s degree in Security Management from American Military University. He is a licensed private investigator in North Carolina and an experienced executive protection specialist, having worked in hostile environments like Afghanistan, Israel, and Jordan as well as providing VIP protection for domestic and international clients.

Under Jaymes’ leadership, 360 Protection Group has built a team of professionals who reflect his core principles of honor, precision, and readiness. Each of our agents is either a current or retired law enforcement professional with additional certifications in firearms instruction, advanced medical response, tactical operations, and security consulting.

Many of our team members are certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) or higher, with training in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), CPR, and advanced life support. This blend of tactical, medical, and investigative skill sets ensures that we’re prepared for any situation — from routine escort services to high-risk threat mitigation.

We’ve operated in countries including Germany, France, Canada, Israel, Nigeria, and Palestine, and understand the logistics, laws, and cultural factors that come into play when protecting clients across borders. At home, we’ve worked in North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, California, Virginia, Florida, and beyond.
