Jaymes Holden Owner / Lead Instructor / Consultant / Protection Specialist
Jaymes Holden is an experienced security professional and has spent over 30 years in Law Enforcement where he has been assigned to numerous specialized units and duties to include; instructor, SWAT Commander, Criminal Investigator, Patrol Captain, and Protective Services.
In 2011, Mr. Holden embarked on a career as an Executive Protection Specialist contracting with the U.S. Department of State High Threat Protection Program in the Middle East. Jaymes worked in Israel, and Afghanistan where he was tasked with protecting Ambassadors, Dignitaries and Heads of State in support of the U.S. Mission as a personal protection specialist. Mr. Holden held positions as Protective Specialist, Shift Leader, and Deputy Project Manager. Mr. Holden currently holds a Top Secret Government Clearance. Jaymes has assisted on numerous presidential visitations as team leader, advance operations and motorcade movements.
Jaymes has worked as a corporate Executive Protection Specialist in the U.S. with High Net Worth Clients in New York City, and in Los Angeles California. Mr. Holden also currently contracts on the Anti-terrorism Assistance Program as an Instructor on Department of State contracts teaching in numerous locations worldwide. Mr. Holden currently holds a North Carolina and National Registry Advanced Emergency Medical Technician certification.
Mr. Holden is a 2006 graduate of UNC Charlotte with a BA in Criminal Justice, and a 2015 graduate of American Military University with a Masters in Security Management. Mr. Holden is a 2002 graduate of the FBI National Academy.
Walter Meyer Instructor / Consultant / Protection Specialist
In 2010, Mr. Meyer embarked on a career as an Executive Protection Specialist with the U.S. Department of State High Threat Protection Program (HTP/PSS) in the Middle East. Walter worked in Israel, and Afghanistan where he was tasked with protecting Ambassadors, Dignitaries and Heads of State in support of the U.S. Mission. Mr. Meyer held positions as Protective Specialist, Quick Reaction Team member, Operational Security Specialist, as well as Afghan Border Patrol Instructor. Mr. Meyer is currently an ATA Spear Instructor on Department of State contracts. Walter has worked as corporate Executive Protection Specialists in the U.S. with High Net Worth Clients in Los Angeles California and abroad. Walter Meyer is a licensed Private Investigator with the State of North Carolina # 219773.
Mr. Meyer is a 2002 graduate of Gardner-Web University with a BA in Criminal Justice as well as a graduate of the NC Justice Academy's Management Development Program.

Michael Reynolds Consultant / Protection Specialist
Michael Reynolds is a Retired Senior Law Enforcement Commander and Executive Level International Security Professional with over 35 years of experience. Michael has worked in multiple positions of law enforcement which includes tactical, training, operations and command. He has been responsible for operational and command level assignments for full time SWAT operations, Dignitary Protection assignments as well as numerous Presidential visitations, which included the tactical response, advancement team, motorcade operations and department command level supervision during these high-level events. Upon retiring from Law Enforcement in 2009 Michael took an assignment as a Senior Manager for Protective Services, Chief of the Company Police at the SAS Institute. During his tenure he oversaw the property and life safety for employees and executives, started both the Company Police Department and the TSA Air Marshal program for private aviation as well as personnel providing Dignitary protection services for the owners and their families. After leaving SAS Michael embarked on a successful journey into the International Security Profession by providing contracted High Threat Security Services for the Department of State, Worldwide Protective Services which included both Mobile and Static Security for US Embassy personnel in Baghdad and Erbil Iraq, Kabul Afghanistan and Mogadishu Somalia. These assignments included both operational and Senior Management positions.
Michael was a Vice President for Garda World Federal services overseeing all of the DOD Base Security. At one point during his tenure, he provided executive level support for 17 different locations with over 1,000 employees. Upon leaving Garda World, Michael took a position at Acuity International as a Vice President of Risk Management and was subsequently promoted to the President of Global Mission Solutions. As the President for Global Mission Solutions, Michael provided overall leadership and guidance for a business portfolio, which consisted of High Threat Protection teams for US diplomats at two US Embassies, munition remediation in Guam for the US Navy and the Demilitarization of Munitions for the Department of Army, Hawthorne Nevada.

Ryan Allen Instructor / Consultant / Protection Specialist
Ryan is a current Law Enforcement District Manager for an Austrian Firearms Company. He is a former Gov't Contractor employed by the US Department of Defense as a Firearms, Tactics and Pre-Deployment Instructor. In 2011 he left a (10) year career in Law Enforcement to work on a US Department of State WPS Contract at the King Abdullah Special Operations Training Center, Amman Jordan. Ryan has deployed numerous times to locations in the Middle East and Africa under US Department of State programs including Global Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program (GATA) and Worldwide Protective Services (WPS).
In 2012 he began full-time work in the Firearms and Tactics Division (Open Enrollment) at Academi Training Center (Blackwater) where he trained US Military Units, Law Enforcement, Canadian Forces, Foreign Military and vetted Civilians. He is also a former full-time Executive Protection Specialist for AS-Solution North America where he was assigned to a High-Net-Worth Family in the Mid-West. Ryan currently provides executive protection to clients on contract basis.
